Excavating contractor in Morris County, NJ

On August 26th, I submitted a request for a quote for some land clearing\. Later that evening, I received a call from Matt, and we met up the following day to walk the property, go over the scope of the job, and discuss the details\. Matt happened to have a job cancel and said he could start as soon as Monday\. We negotiated a little on the price and ultimately came to an agreement\. His crew was actually at my house that Saturday, August 29th, getting everything prepared so they could hit the ground running on Monday\. From the beginning, I was impressed with how thorough and professional the entire crew was\. They were extremely patient and accommodating as we changed our minds about keeping a few trees that were in good shape and weren’t interfering with our future plans\. Everyone was respectful, hardworking, and just genuinely good people to have around my property\. I also needed to use my neighbor’s driveway to access the rear of my property\. They went above and beyond to make sure any damage from the equipment was repaired, and while they were there, they even took care of a few dead stumps that weren’t originally part of the job\. Usually, I’m the type of person who finds a few things that could have been done better, but I honestly can’t say that this time\. Everything we agreed upon was completed, and they went beyond what I expected\. They even repaired a section of my PVC fence that had been broken\. It wasn’t something we had discussed as part of the job; they were already repairing a few sections affected by the tree work and simply took care of it while they were there\. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience\. Matt and his crew were professional, accommodating, respectful, and took pride in their work\. They went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for land clearing or tree work\.

“Matt and his crew do outstanding work. Every time they come, the yard comes out looking absolutely pristine and professional. The attention to detail is top-notch, and their pricing is always fair. Highly recommend!”

Precision Earthworks LLC did an amazing job clearing and regrading my backyard (about ½ acre). Matt and his crew were professional, hardworking, and communicated extremely well from scheduling through completion. They worked two full days—nearly 10 hours each day—and the results speak for themselves. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them. A picture is worth a thousand words—see below!

We needed to take care of a bamboo issue in our yard. I had several companies claiming to be the "bamboo removal pros" either run from the job or try to charge such exorbitant prices that it was criminal! But then I came across Precision Earthworks/Eastern Landscapes and met the owner Matt. I found Matt to be an extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable individual, especially for such a young man. Impressed with his presence and respectful nature, we decided to hire his company. We opted for a bamboo containment barrier instead of complete removal, because I wanted to preserve the wildlife that made my yard their home. Matt had no issues providing us with a detailed estimate, as well as license and insurance info. Day of start, the crew was here early and wasted no time getting to work. By end of day 3, they had completely transformed the backyard from a menacing overgrown jungle to a prim and proper, normal looking yard. I can't thank Matt and his crew enough. They went above and beyond their call of duty, and not only was the ending result perfection, they all are truly decent, hardworking, respectable folks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt and Eastern Landscapes to everyone who needs a job done right. Trustworthy. Transparent. Fair. Thorough. You can't get any better than that.

Matt and his team were very professional and such hard workers. They showed up early and left late. Matt is great to work with and very knowledgeable. We had a bunch of trees taken out and fresh top soil and seed. They were very clean and did not leave a mess. Would highly recommend Matt and his team
