On August 26th, I submitted a request for a quote for some land clearing\. Later that evening, I received a call from Matt, and we met up the following day to walk the property, go over the scope of the job, and discuss the details\. Matt happened to have a job cancel and said he could start as soon as Monday\. We negotiated a little on the price and ultimately came to an agreement\. His crew was actually at my house that Saturday, August 29th, getting everything prepared so they could hit the ground running on Monday\. From the beginning, I was impressed with how thorough and professional the entire crew was\. They were extremely patient and accommodating as we changed our minds about keeping a few trees that were in good shape and weren’t interfering with our future plans\. Everyone was respectful, hardworking, and just genuinely good people to have around my property\. I also needed to use my neighbor’s driveway to access the rear of my property\. They went above and beyond to make sure any damage from the equipment was repaired, and while they were there, they even took care of a few dead stumps that weren’t originally part of the job\. Usually, I’m the type of person who finds a few things that could have been done better, but I honestly can’t say that this time\. Everything we agreed upon was completed, and they went beyond what I expected\. They even repaired a section of my PVC fence that had been broken\. It wasn’t something we had discussed as part of the job; they were already repairing a few sections affected by the tree work and simply took care of it while they were there\. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience\. Matt and his crew were professional, accommodating, respectful, and took pride in their work\. They went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for land clearing or tree work\.

Expert Emergency Excavation in Sussex County, NJ
When a water line breaks, a septic system fails, or soil collapses without warning, you need excavation work started before the damage spreads. Precision Earthworks provides emergency excavation services across Sussex County and into Morris, Warren, Bergen, and Somerset counties. We dig to expose failed underground systems, stabilize unsafe ground, and give repair crews the access they need to get to work. Sussex County's terrain adds real complexity to emergency digs. Clay-heavy soils, high water tables near low-lying areas, and rocky ground throughout the county can all affect how a crew must approach an unplanned excavation. We account for those conditions from the first shovel. Our focus is on getting the right equipment to your property, opening the ground safely, and leaving the site in a condition that supports whatever comes next. If you have an urgent excavation need in Sussex County or the surrounding counties, call Precision Earthworks.
